panner on uv normal maps dont work

Hi i seem to be having some problems with the panner node for my uv maps most notable normal maps. i have attached a panner to both uv set values of both speed x and y and have at the end og live update nothing has happened no movement what so ever as you can see in the preview

could some one help me with this please that would be appreciated.

I changes the speed value but what node shall i use to change the coordinates, do i use a constant node

Looks like you have the speed param value at zero…

Also what do you mean “both uv set values”. Your panner expressions have nothing going into the coordinate input which I believe means they are using the default coordinates which are UV channel 0.

I recreated the material on my end and set the Parm to 1 and got movement right away. Have you changed the Parm value at all?

Just add a texture coord and multiply it by a vector 1, then plug that into the panner coord
