Evermotion project crashes on startup Missing .dll

Hi All, I know this has been brought up before however the fix from here :Unreal Crash when Opening Evermotion Project File - Community & Industry Discussion - Unreal Engine Forums
doesn’t work.

I can however open the project if I make a new blank project, copy the contents folder from the Evermotion project into the new blank one and run from there.

I presume then the only difference would be the project settings? World settings, levels and everything remain unchanged.

In the attached crash log I can see :

I’ve not found any clear fix for these but can one assume this is a drivers problem?

The other difference is that I have Datasmith and Megascans installed and the other PCs that can open this without issue don’t, they are clean Unreal 4.21.1.
