Ligthning changed textures-Solved

Hello,
I am currently working on a bunker/underground base scene and after I had built lighning, my textures (on some, not all meshes) turend weird.
In the provided picture you can see meshes placed in a dark spot and placed on the “surface”.
The stange thing is that not all meshes are affected equally. Some can be placed in that location without a change some dont.

(It almost looks like a normal map placed over the original texture?)

Does someone know what this is caused by and maybe how to fix this?

As I deleted default directional and sky lightning the effects seems to become weaker, but it is still there!

Are you sure it is the diffuse getting weird like this? It looks like roughness or metallic is becoming too obvious due to reflections in the level. Place a reflection capture in the middle of those meshes in both situation if you havent already and see how they look.
