So when i try to run the launcher, it’s stuck on “Please wait while we start your update”. then after a while i get this red triangle, that searches up SU-BI-CA in the epic games support centre, but it doesn’t come up as to what it is or how to fix it.
I have the same problem and I don’t know how to solve it.
I solved my SU-BI-CA problem.
I right clicked on Epic Games Launcher> Properties. In the target part I added this at the end:
-http = wininet - OpenGL
Note: do not forget to leave a space. It will look more like this:
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Epic Games\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win32\EpicGamesLauncher.exe” -http=wininet - OpenGL
It solved my problem SU-BI-CA, but I had a login problem or connection problem (TS-NC-0001) too but I solved with cmd
ipconfig / release
and once done I used this last command
ipconfig / renew
solved my login problem TS-NC-0001
