How do you tow a vehicle?

I’m attempting to set up a constraint between a Truck and Trailer. Both vehicles are Pawn blueprints with a SimpleWheeledVehicleMovement component inside.

The Truck has a constraint with the Trailer. When the Truck drives, the Trailer’s wheels/suspension are not active.

How can I activate the SimpleWheeledVehicleMovement physics on the Trailer without the player possessing it?
