When downloading the Epic Games Launcher after switching a disk on my computer, it fails and I get the message that the older version of the Epic Games Launcher cannot be removed. The program isn’t present in the add/remove programs section of the control panel, I can’t find any evidence that it was ever installed on my hard drive via Regedit. Trying to use a tool from Windows support, but then I have to have a product key, which I haven’t. Any suggestions on how to solve my problem?
