Can't get my App on my Iphone

For several days I try to get my app on my Iphone without success…
I have already searched on forms and the answerhub but I fail to get it on my phone.

I created all the necessary files on the apple site.
Mobile Provision’s are Valid.
I got iTunes on my pc, downloaded on the official site.
I can also see my Divice on iTunes.

I think something is going wrong in the connection and the SSH Code.
In the CMD window for making the SSH code, I can’t type something?

A while ago I found out about the problem, apparently, you need a Mac to build your project because you need Xcode.
