Hi …before i format my pc , UE4 was working good…then after i format UE4 not working anymore … there’s a massage says ( Featured level 5 shader required ) …why this is happen ? can any one help me please ?

You probably missing GPU drivers and system run on default once that have limited 3D acceleration, or run on build in Intel GPU

Yep make sure your Graphics card drivers are installed and also that you have DirectX if it is a Windows machine

thanks for your answer but my pc is run with nvidia Geforce VGA card with the latest update… any another opinion?
