What May Be Causing Streaming Volume Lag?

Hello, I have just recently migrated my project from 4.19 to 4.20 and I am having some odd reactions with the World Composition with multiple worlds. Before every thing seemed to have been working well but since the migration, things seems a bit out of place or odd. The issue is this, either in the editor or in play mode to test the project big time lag comes into play when I face any part or world that is from level streaming volume. When I face away for that part or move the camera away from it, then all seems to work again. Further away from the streaming volume I get things smooth out. Closer I get to it, lag returns and some times will freeze a bit then jerking comes in. How may I fix this issue? I have tried placing level streaming volumes as before and find that I am unable to add them. I have noticed that in 4.20 the levels will stream in on there own without the use of the volume being placed. Is this normal or new in 4.20?

Here are two screenshots of what is going on.

In this first Screenshot, you can see my building in the Yellow box or streaming volume. By the way this is far as I can get to it with out the editor freezing or locking up on me. On the menu on the right side, you can see the Level Streaming Volume is also Ghosted out. No way to add the level here.

On this second Screenshot, you can clearly see the Level Detail Screen and only options I have is what you can see here. Only the levels but no level streaming options but a Parent Package Name to select from. Any one have any clue to fix this or I am simply missing something some place?

Thanks
Bruce

BUMP I have just migrated up to UE 4.21 and I am still having issues with streaming Volumes. Anny one able or willing to help me figure why I am unable to use Streaming Volumes in UE 4.20+21? I can remove the volumes and the other maps will still load on there own which is causing much of my lag issues. :frowning: Some ope please help me on this. Been nearly three weeks trying to figure this mess out.
