Morphing target normal is not applied.

It seems that the function has not yet been merged.
Is this still unknown at 4.21
I confirmed by the following steps.
1.Output Ascii FBX applying the normal different from the base mesh to the motor get
2.Confirm that the normal information is outputted correctly in the editor and confirm that there is no problem
3.When importing to UE 4, only the base mesh normal is applied.
Even if look at the links source it's hard to merge with the previous as the contents change.
In Git, related information was not found.
