uv second channel lightmap problem

hey guys , I just made this tower in 3dmax , gave it a UV for my material , and a UV channel for the lighting …
it keeps being previewed in UDK like this , I almost tried what I imagined the problem is , what do you guys think the problem is ?

The Answehub is specifically for Unreal Engine 4 exclusively. You can ask Unreal Engine 3 or UDK questions, here. However, the issue you have is a lightmap layout issue which has been answered before here and I always recommend spending some time reading World of Level Design’s lightmap section, here.
