What is the best way to create UI with fancy animations?

Hey guys,

I played The Division 2 beta recently and I am blown away by the UI they created there. Especially the 3D UI Stuff.
So I thought that I want to recreate some UI elements from Division in UE4. But I think UMG is too limited for some of these animations (Correct me if I’m wrong).

How would you guys approach this? Are there any third party applications which are better suited than UMG?

whats meant to be amazing about those menus? they seem pretty simple. i would say that you could accomplish everything seen in the video in UE4.
