i’m trying to implement a weapon/ ability pickup system for a project that im working on currently. ive found some tutorials where you can make an inventory system which is more like a backpack. but what iam looking for is a slot based system where you can only carry up to 4 items in 4 slots which is always displayed on screen. for example. primary weapon, secondary weapon , ability and potions. so when i pick a weapon from the primary weapon class, it should drop the weapon i had and equip the new one. same logic for the rest of the classes. is there any tutorial i could look into for something similar? instead of the classic inventory system tutorial
