Epic Launcher has black screen after I logged out

I logged myself out in the epic games launcher and now I have this black screen.
I can only click the Epic Games logo and the settings button. When clicking the settings button it does direct me to the settings page. Besides that I can’t do anything anymore.

I tried restarting, reinstalling, … it doesn’t help.

I have found a previous post: Epic Launcher Black Screen Upon Opening - Getting Started & Setup - Epic Developer Community Forums
But he was just redirected to the fortnite help page. I’m using Epic Games for the Unreal Game Engine 4.18.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
