My pack went live in December, I was over the 100 minimum payout at the end of the month, my payout is now 2 days past due and support is not answering my emails about this. Is this normal for payments to be sent late? has anyone else had issues with payouts? This money was going to help pay some bills and I am disappointed that epic has not kept their word about giving me my money after a horrible 45 day waiting period.
Is this a hush hush type of thing? someone must know something.
Seems to be late this time for me as well but Its usually not late, could be just late for some people depending on the payment method. I usually got mine by the 14th/15th via paypal but I switched to bank transfer this month which I am expecting will take at the very least 3-5 business days longer since its international, so I personally wont be worried unless it goes beyond the 22nd which would be 5 business days after the 15th. Support will probably answer you today since they don’t work on weekends.
Thanks for the reply, this puts me at ease because I also switched from paypal to bank transfers, It sounds like this is the cause for the delay.
