Just started using the UMG editor for UI. I sort of followed along the workflow of the demo video released with 4.4
Added a border with a canvas panel and some buttons. Everything is working fine mostly, but for some reason the image I put in the SlateBrush for the border is looking different.
In the thumbnail it is clean, but when I play it has this weird smokey white texture to it.
I went to the original texture and found that if I check the sRGB box in the texture editor it creates the same result I see on the slate brush. I have left it unchecked but the texture still looks funny.
Any ideas? I’ve recreated the slate brush a few times and it’s always like this. I have also mad other widgets using other backgrounds that render perfectly fine.
