What is going on here, UE4?

This is really frustrating, why is this happening all of a sudden with this house? many other houses baked as separate static levels. World Composition.

No other baked static level building is effecting the terrain in this manor???

3 houses on separate levels (different locations on map, the one that is having issues is near center) each using the exact same modular house tiles and lighting and post process volumes and Lightmass Importance Volumes.

Everything is the exact same.

But one house no matter what seems to be making a terrain tile light up for no reason I can see.

Dug a hole in the ground near the house since a road goes by infront of house dug a hole until lighting on terrain tile reverted to normal, under the road. I’m not sure why this fixes this.
