Possible bug in "Use Inverse Square Falloff", blue screen flicker

I was looking for a per pixel translucent lighting solution and found out about the surface forwardshading method, when i enabled that the method to my glass material and ran some test, when i rotated the camera to the front of my vehicle with all the lighting on it made the entire screen flicker black/blue. I thought that was the issue as i noticed the flicker after switching translucent material methods, after further investigation I found it is the Use Inverse Square falloff setting in the spotlight, combine that with 2 spotlights in close proximity aiming at a camera will cause the blue/black flicker of the entire screen.

The headlights consist out of 2 spotlights combined with an emissive texture, it only flickers blue/black when looking into a headlight when both spotlights are on (lowbeam and highbeam)

Kind regards,
