Nav Mesh Generating above Paper2d Tile Map

So am having a problem with my nav meshes generating above my tile maps. Here is a screen of what I mean.

So this causing my AI to walk above the level. I’ve tried changing the collision thickness on my Title map but doesn’t seem to have any effect. So am now just been messing around with the settings in the RecastNavMesh to try and lower it. Though nothing to seems to really affect it. Here are my current settings.

Okay so I was able to lower a bit by adjusting the cell height but I still need lower and lowest value I put cell height to 1 so need some other ways of lowering it
