Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Choppy AI movement

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what could be causing this? I have tried switching to BlendSpace1D as I couldn't figure out how to hook up the direction variable in my BlendSpace2D. I have also unchecked Orient Rotation to Movement, still no luck. He is currently set up to roam to random points, however the same issue occurs when navigating to target points. alt text

Don't know anything about animation but are you sure this is an animation issue not an issue with how your AI "moves" from point to point? In other words, if there is no animation would your "mesh" still jitter? If so it is not an animation issue but a path following issue.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have tried this without the animation and it’s fine, no jittering.

Ah, in that case I unfortunately won't be able to help much. Hopefully someone who works with animations will spot this and weigh in :)
