There’re 2 small questions.
1.how to Slide the slider to browse the text.
2. When the slider reaches the bottom, the button appears and can be clicked, Like most user agreement.
About question 2, I can set the value of the slider, when it equals 1, the button appears.

I thought you wanted the button to become visible only if the user scrolls to the bottom of the User Agreement, somewhat forcing the user to read it.
Anyhow, consider marking one of those as Solved.
but in fact, I see the button only when I scroll to the bottom.
