How can I add a sheen over my player character?

Add it as a postprocessing blend and in the character blueprint set render custom depth

I made a sheen pulsing glow material with a dark base color

What I want to do is add this over my characters materials

How would I go about doing this? This is a multiplayer game and I want it to work on just the main player when he presses a button.
