Substance Source in UE4

Hi Epic,

I was testing out the substance source feature inside UE4, but when im inside the library all the icons are white. So i cant see any of the materials inside the library, and it does not matter if i reboot either UE4 or epic launcher. Thanks for your help in advance.

I ran into the same problem and couldn’t find a solution if anyone some other thread directed the problem to this link :

But i couldn’t find anything regarding this issue there so if anyone has a better answer or an explanation that would be really helpful.
