If a skeletal actor or physics actor is moving. How can i play sound?

I have a skeletal mesh actor and when approached it becomes a physics actor.

At that point how can I say if it is moving at all to start playing the sound cue that is attatched?

If it utilizes animation blueprint to move you can use animation notify.

Yeah I have used that, but how can I after setting to physics make it play a ball rolling sound if it is moving?
