NullReferenceException occurred When I build my project

Hello guys. I’m using VS2017 to build my project. It would be failed in ‘DebugGame’ or ‘Development’ mode. Here are some logs:

My directory of UE4 is not located in that path, It looks like a path error. But how should I do?
