Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG

I honestly have no idea which version of unreal engine 4 is being used I’m having this issue in wildcard made games on steam: ark survival evolved, Atlas, and dark and light. I have tried uninstalling restarting PC and reinstalled (this holds true to Nvidia drivers and software as well as GPU software that came with my gpu and the games themselves) I have gone through and read all the topics of the same issue in this form and tried doing what was said to no avail, I will attach my dxdiag, and my hwinfo64 log (the crash happened at end of log)

I’ve also tried contacting wildcard about this issue but over a week later with no reply I decided to try here

Update: if I put the games in dx10 I do not get the crash I’ve been playing for 4 hours now but dx10 looks horrible since my PC can handle this it should be able to handle dx11 same settings I’m running a rtx 2060
I should also note they run at 45-64ish fps my PC has no issues running the games in general and if I look up at the sky I hit triple digits fps wise (also, the developers if this game have not updated to dx12 so dx11 and 10 are the only options)

Hello,

For issues with games made in the Unreal Engine you will have to reach out to their respective development studios.
Answerhub is a place for people to get help with using the Editor, not the games made with it.
