Fade Out > Load Level > Fade In = Black Screen

So moving from one level after a fade out sequence is played via BP. The new level is loaded. The old one is unloaded and it then fades in.

Stays lit for about 2 seconds then immediately goes black.

Removing the fade out from the previous level fixes this but its an ugly switch.

Any idea how to stop the fadeout sequence from ruining my new level?
