This bug is happening for us in 4.20.3 with Megascans FBX imports. The same assets imported into 4.22 work as expected. This doesn’t happen with FBXs created in-house. This bug seems very similar to that reported Import Uniform Scale Bug - Pipeline & Plugins - Epic Developer Community Forums
Steps to Repro:

Import Megascans asset (this is happening with all Megascans meshes tested so far). Unfortunately I cannot provide these due to license restrictions.

Mesh appears flipped on it’s side in the Static Mesh Viewer.
