Change Packaging Directories

How to change the folders UE4 packages my Data ? usually it produces a folder called :“Windows-noeditor” which contains:

“Project_name” folder(containing Binaries folder and content folder)
“Engine” folder(containing third party dlls)

So can i for example change what folders are produced ? and what if i want .exe to be in that folder or this !? and not to be in “\Binaries\Win64” ?? and also the same goes for package files , what if i want them to be placed in the same folder as .exe or other files!!?

so the folder Structure produced by packaging process cant be changed ?

At least is UE4 planning to add this functionality ?
