Unreal editor does not start

I start the Unreal Editor from the Epic Games launcher and it always remains in 18%

This is my gear:
Macbook Pro Retina 2015
2,7 GHz Intel Core i5
8 GB RAM
Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

Should it not start at least running slowly? Thanks!
