Search help

  • Simple searches use one or more words. Separate the words with spaces (cat dog) to search cat,dog or both. Separate the words with plus signs (cat +dog) to search for items that may contain cat but must contain dog.
  • You can further refine your search on the search results page, where you can search by keywords, author, topic. These can be combined with each other. Examples
    • cat dog --matches anything with cat,dog or both
    • cat +dog --searches for cat +dog where dog is a mandatory term
    • cat -dog -- searches for cat excluding any result containing dog
    • [cats] —will restrict your search to results with topic named "cats"
    • [cats] [dogs] —will restrict your search to results with both topics, "cats", and "dogs"

Compatability

Hello! I am currently using the brilliant Unreal Engine 4.20 version. I recently bought two assets that unfortunately are not compatible with this version. I did not realize this before I purchased so I fully understand that this is MY MISTAKE. I am very new to all of this.

I am not necessarily looking for a refund. I am wondering if there is ANYWAY possible that I can make the assets available for the engine version I am using??

Hello Pat,

This would not be possible for actual .uasset files. .uasset files cannot be converted to previous versions. If the assets happen to just be models, you may be able to export to FBX and then reimport to 4.20 but that may still cause issues.

If you do want to request a refund, it would be best to enter a support ticket here: https://marketplacehelp.epicgames.com/s/
