That should be realy easy.
You need to upload project to github.
Then he download it on his PC. Then he open it by click on yourprojectname.UPROJECT.
- Your friend need unreal engine (Best idea will be to be same version as yours.
- I will also advise to install debbuging symbols but that’s not required to run.
If this friend is going to use any C++ then
Right click on this file then generate Visual Project files.
- Your friend need Visual studio (Same as yours will be best idea again).

You didn’t said if there is any error and what problem is if there is any so I just said + given links to think you may need.
