Meshes Have a Black Underside when in Level

Things To Know:

  • These models were imported from
    Blender.

So what am I missing? How do I lighten them up? Any help is appreciated.

PS: I stick to the programming side of things mostly so when it comes to the artistic side I’m a little iffy.

Do you have a screenshot?

Check all of this:

  1. Have you compiled lightning? dew it.
  2. Do you have a LightmassImportanceVolume at your scene? (if not you should add it, check this)
  3. (improbable but saying it just in case)Does the surface below the meshes have a low lightmap resolution? (try changing the value (check this post for reference))
  4. Do your new models have UV maps correctly set?
