Random Skeletal Mesh Textures are Grayed

So I read about texture streaming and blurry textures, but in this instance the textures appear to be randomly blurred or grayed by some engine feature? What may cause this? The actors are spawned all at once, but I do not think this is a performance issue, happens with no texture streaming warning.

Video demonstration (some textures are just not right on some characters, but on others fine). The characters are slightly scaled randomly.

Okay, I actually mixed up two material element slots. So above issue was caused by wrong materials assigned.
