[Question] Baked destruction and APEX clothing

Is it possible to import animated geometry without an associated joint for pre-baked physics/destruction? And I tried to import an APEX clothing mesh without any luck, is APEX clothing even possible with the current build?

Unfortunately, current build doesn’t support APEX clothing.

And about baked destruction, It’s impossible to import without an associated joint for now. Is there any reason why you need it?

Regarding pre-baked destruction:

Say I have a non-interactive cutscene, real-time calculation wouldn’t always make sense here. Pre-baked destruction would safe a lot of resources and would give me exact control over how the destruction will look like in the end. Also pre-baked destruction is not limited to resources as much, therefore I can achieve much more complex destruction with thousands and thousands of individual pieces.

As for pre-baked destruction, I think what you’re looking for is more like vertex animation, and we have that planned, but not implemented yet.
