Whenever I try to download the Unreal Engine (or anything else) from the Epic Games Launcher I get error code IS-FC05 and it says “A file corruption has occurred. Please try again.” I have tried various troubleshooting methods including deleting and downloading all files in relation to Unreal Engine and the Epic Games Launcher but nothing works. I have also even tried moving files from my friends PC via external hard drive however when I do this the Epic Games Launcher attempts to verify the files but starts downloading again even though all the files are there as they work on another computer.
Does anyone have any ideas?
