The animated mesh has weird stretching occur when imported from Maya into Unreal

I’not sure what’s the problem with this. I created a really simple animation in Maya, no controllers, no constraint. Only have bones and mesh with default bind weight. Everything is default setting. Then I imported it into Unreal(4.20.3). The animated mesh has weird stretching but skeleton and mesh look all right. I’m not sure how it happened.

I created a new blank UE project and reimported the mesh again, then the issue disappears. XD
