Realtime Raytracing Translucency and Refraction

It seems that the refrection value in a translucent material is not influencing the refraction.
With Raytracing the refraction stays constant.
Pathtracing shows the expected differences.
As far as I remember this was working in the preview versions of 4.22.

Anyone got the same problem?
