How to start Pixel Streaming on UE4?

Hey, I’ve been attempting the UE4 pixel streaming service from here:

Getting Started with Pixel Streaming in Unreal Engine

Everything seems to be working okay until I get to the point where I open the browser and test it:

I ran the correct .bat files and exe. but the browser doesn’t let me click to start.
