The packaged Android VR application on the phone does not start. Using Unreal Engine 4.21

Can anyone know the exact configuration settings for the mobile VR project?

I tried to build via Launch via cable directly to the phone, as well as build it without a phone via .bat install. I tried to transfer the .obb file manually. In the packaging tab I tried various options found on the forums namely full rebuild, for distribution. In the Android tab I tried to swap settings OpenGl 2 and 3, as well as armv7 and armv8. Also installed scalable 2D or 3D instead of maximum quality. UE 4.21 packs without errors in the logs. I tried countless options described on the forums and tried individual settings. Nothing helps.
