hey guys I have model I download from internet but its look hearly on other pose , how I can repose her to T-Pose?

open the skeleton tab and reposition as needed. if your doing it for the sake of retargeting then you may need to set the new pose as the reference pose (manage retarget base pose) its in the bottom section of the retarget manager, in 4.17 at least.
