Why do I keep crashing when selecting a mesh for foliage type?

I’m doing a forest in my project with a procedural foliage spawner and so I go to make a new foliage type to put in the spawner and select my tree mesh (I think that it is from the procedural nature pack vol. 1) and at about 75% to 100% it freezes and I am forced to close the program with task manager. I know this isn’t a crash, but it might as well be one because I tried leaving it overnight a couple times and it was still frozen the next day. I was wondering if there is anything that I could do to make it not freeze.

oh btw my computer is an Optiplex 3020 micro w/ 12gb of ddr3 ram and an fourth gen i5. (integrated graphics because it is a micro pc)

Same trouble… after selecting any mesh - there always crash. Single select = crash. Select all = crash. Also thought it because some level composition trouble, but no, on “Example Map” also was crash. Thought mb it because too many objects was added, but no, foliage with 3 stones also cause crash., thought mb it something with meshes, but have tried 3 different packs - always crash :frowning:

Upd: have found it. trouble was in level persistence. so if it streaming levels - need to make level where u add foliage as “current” (click landscape and press “M”) then find “Place in current level” checkbox - in foliage paint setups (shift+4)

cool thanks!

And no., for some reason it working not with all meshes =\
