I defined a Default Map for my project in “DefaultEditor.ini” using the following lines:
[UnrealEd.DefaultMap]
DefaultMapName=/Game/MyGame_Level
When I open the project in the editor, the Save button act like “Save As” asking for a new name instead of just save my map file.

I can confirm this issue occurs in Rocket Beta 3. However, in our more recent internal versions this issue does not occur. The reason for this is because of a change to the way that default maps are set without needing to edit an .ini. It should not be a problem for you in a future Rocket release.
