Packaging Failed!

Hello everyone, I’m very new to game development with unreal engine and have only been using it for a couple of days, and since I started following a TwinStickShooter tutorial on UE youtube channel I’ve encountered an error while trying to package the project for Windows (64-bit) or launch the level of the project.

Here’s what I find in the log by typing “error” in the search:

I have no idea what could be a possible cause, I have visual studio 2017 and all necessary packages and plugins installed.

As for the attempt of launching the level:

As mentioned before I’m a complete beginner who only worked with software like cinema4d and maya before so I have no knowledge required to even guess a possible cause so any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
