Why is my account not working well on answerhub

Hello !

I have no idea where I should ask this question so I am sorry if it is not in the right section.
My problem is not with Unreal Engine himself, but with the forum.
Since 6 months now, my account is totally weird on the answerhub.

I am not able :

  • to comment my post or other people posts
  • to mark an answer
  • to mark a subject as “resolved”
  • to modify my post

And as you can imagine, it is really a problem. Because when I ask an answer on the answerhub, then people answer me and I can’t even mark the subject as “resolve” or comment their post to ask more details.

I have already :

  • change my browser

  • change my computer

  • try to create an account to see if it was the same with another (and no it is not)

I precise the following things : I am french and some part of the website that was at the beginning in english become in french. All the button that are not working are those which are translate in french.

Some examples :

As you can see here I am not able to comment this post. And if I click on the button (pointed by the red arrow), it show me the following error :

I have not any button to mark the answer.
And if I want to add an answer (since I can’t add a comment) I have this interface.

If I click on the button “Poster votre réponse” that means “Post your answer”, the page said me a message like that :

It says : “Leave the website ? Change you have done may not be save”. If I press “left” then it posts the answer. If I pressed “cancel” I do nothing…

All these things are really strange and annoying…

Would someone help me to solve this ?

If this is not same as other account then you might want to raport this to account support (also give them link to this question):

As for last bit… this is normal, and this because session sync between Epic login system and AnwserHub login, you can ignore it (but there risk that oyu will lost post if login fails) or click “Login” on AnwserHub which should sync sessionm to avoid it
