How do I get a more gradual light change from room to room?

This is my 3rd attempt at trying to do lighting in UE4 and the image attached is what ive gotten using just the directional light at 9. World settings :Inderect bounces at 10 and sky lighting bounces at 6. Lighting quality and lighting smooth are at 1.25 and .7.

Am I doing anything wrong? Should I have adjusted the sky light intensity aswell?

If you’re talking about the floor’s shading differences:
Go 0.1-0.15 with ILLS and 0.6 with smoothness and those will disappear! /Unreal calculates light per mesh and with lower settings they will be visible!
