Why does my level brighten when I look up or down?

Hi, when I start a new level without touching any options there’s always this default setting where the light source will turn to max when I look up or down, but when I’m looking straight ahead it’s fine.

I even deleted the light source, but the problem persists.

How do I fix this?

It’s Auto Exposure. You can disable it in Project settings > Engine: Redering > Default Settings : Auto Exposure. Its part of post process so it can be overwriten in camera or volume.
