sword mesh now broken after 4.22 update

Hi I need some help, I have a sword in my VR game that was working perfectly until I updated to 4.22, now the handle of the sword sways to position instead of moving with the hands like it did before, what is this bug and how do I stop it from happening?

Need much more info to help out with this. Maybe post pics of blueprints and video of issue in VR

ok here is a link to a video which shows what the problem is, this didnt happen until I updated the project to 4.22, something with the update broke it so I dont know how to fix it.

anyone know whats going on?
