Having problem starting up Win64 Dedicatedicated Server

I’m having problems starting Win64 Dedicated Server. On running MyGameNameServer.exe with -log it just gets stuck and does nothing further nor return error.
This is last row i get:

LogNetVersion: MyGameName 1.0.0, NetCL: 0, EngineNetVer: 5, GameNetVer: 0 (Checksum: 843945101)

Now i tried to build server to Linux and got error:

I have Amazon’s GameLift in my project and when i want to run Server locally, Gamelift has to have GameLiftLocal server running in background. This took me too long to realize.
