I can’t start Unreal engine 4. Error: VCRUNTIME140.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. I updated the VC ++ libraries. I updated Windows, but the error didn’t disappear anywhere.
I really need the Unreal Engine. Thank you in advance.
